Despite the other reviewers this park in not a 10. The park is located behind a new strip mall, that the owners are also building. This park is extremely nicely laid out with all concrete slabs, very nice power pedestals, perfect electric. It's obvious that no expense was spared building this park. The cons to this park: It's close to Rt. 95 and there is a lot of road noise. It's nice they have a "Lake", but it's more like swamp marsh and you will get attacked by no-see-umss and mosquitos. The Wi-Fi was poor most of the time. I had to wait until after midnight to get a usable speed. The price is high for SE Georgia.

We choose this campground based on the reviews here. We used this campground as a base camp to visit Cumberland Island and the surrounding area. I really wanted to like this campground, but there are lots of things the other reviewers left out. Pros: The owners are very nice and helpful. There are lots of new concrete slabs. The electric is PERFECT, new power pedestals with a very nice light on top to assist you in hooking up. Water is good with decent pressure. Wi-Fi was slow at times, but had a good signal (when I finally got it working- explanation below) Cons: There a lots of cons. It appears the owners may not be Rvers. Upon check in we got a map of the campground. The only thing on it was a outline of the campground. No rules, no information (IE: quiet times/check out/is fishing catch and release?). We got a pull through, but the entire campground is in need of tree trimming. We had branches scraping the camper as we pulled into our site. I couldn't pull straight out when we left , I had to pull onto the grass on the other side of the road to get around tree branches and still scraped the side. Then EVERY turn out we rubbed branches on the side of the camper. The entire campground needs to be trimmed. Overgrown grass everywhere. It seems they put tomato plants around, but the grass is now taking over. A weed whacker is needed desperately. After we set up I tried to get online, strong signal but kept getting an error. After about an hour of fiddling with my Laptop (thinking that was the problem) I went online with my iPhone and noticed the iPhone worked on Wi-Fi. Long story short the owners of the campground had their router set to N only. I went into their router (they had only the default password) changed the settings and was able to get Wi-Fi for our stay. Note to owners: CHICKENS and ROOSTERS should be allowed to roam free and crow at 4am and then again at 6am. We got awakened each morning by the lovely (sarcasm ) rooster crowing. I wanted to make him lunch by the last day. A big negative to this campground is the Biker Bar right in front of the campground. It's called the "Bloody Bucket". Roaring Harleys into the wee am hours. On the weekend they really cranked up the music. In the camper, TV on LOUD and the A/C going we couldn't hear the TV. Then for hours and hours into the early am the sound of roaring motorcycles. This campground is about 7 miles off the interstate. If roaring Harley's are your thing then this might be the place for you. We won't be staying here again, we'd stay at state park down the road to avoid the biker bar and the crowing rooster.

Pros: Park is nicely kept. Nice shade trees. Generously spaced sites. Quick access to Metro North Railway system. Nice park to walk around. Resident campers sites are mostly neatly kept. Electric good, water good. Cons:Price of campground has DRAMATICALLY increased to $50 a night. This is not a $50 a night campground. Not even close. No cable or wifi which is not acceptable for a $50 a night campground 90% of the park is occupied by full-time campers. Campground is next to 2 NYS Super-Fund sites for toxic waste. It is also located next to Metro North's railway hub. Which means all the trains come there at night and you can hear them running all night as they move them in and out of the repair/maintenance shop. They will finally idle them down around 3am so you get some quiet until 4am when the crank them up and they start leaving the station. Around 5am is when you can start hearing the train horns as the regular commuter line starts. Trains woke me and the wife up every morning. Since they raised the price there is no reason to pick this campground over Liberty Park, which is $10 more, but you are closer to NYC. Would not camp here again.

Pros: This campground is very convenient to Rt. 95. The owners are very nice and helpful. The owners are extremely anal, and the campground is impeccable. The rate is a good value. Has free wifi, but slow most of the time. Cons: Owners are very anal, better not spill any water on your site or put half a wheel on the grass or you will get a visit. They charge for Car/RV wash, but only provide a spot and hose to do it. The big con to this campground is the noise. The traffic noise from Rt. 95 is non-stop. We leaped out of bed when a tractor trailer blew a tire right in front of the campground at 1 am, then leaped again when it blew a second tire a few minutes later. Then the trains started, first one at 2 am with Horns blowing. Just south of the campground is a switching location. Then 2:30 am another train with horn blowing and so on and son on. We would never stay again. Would stay at the KOA down the road for a few more dollars or do some free camping at the Walmart. As I'm typing this I'm listening to the sounds of train horns and we have double pane windows and tv on.

Price reflects Passport American discount. Staff is friendly and helpful; they asked when I was reserving if I had a satellite so they could put us in a site with good sat reception. Park is more rustic and older, but well kept. Good electric and water. No cable. Wi-fi is strong, but very slow at times. Very convenient to historic sites. Cons: sites are not very level, gravel, somewhat mushy and will test your leveling skills a bit. If you don't like the smell of horses, this may not be the place for you. You will smell them if the wind goes in the right direction.

Pros:Only park in area open in winter. Staff/Owners friendly and helpful. Very pretty part of Orange County. Electric good, Wifi good. Cons: Water pressure not so good, but ok. They advertise Cable, but it doesn't work at all. Permanent residents have shoddy and garbage filled spots. Sites not level and all gravel. This park is NO WAY a $40 a night campground. They need a massive clean up. They also need the permanent residents to clean up their mess. It's sad this could be a very pretty campground with some work.

Finally a park that understands RVers. Our rate was Passport America rate. Easy access for all types of RVs. All pull throughs.. LEVEL, LEVEL , LEVEL..... The best we have found yet, no need for blocks. They had 3 rates.. Normal rate of $27.. Snowbird one night $25 and $15 rate for water, sewer and Wi-Fi. Why would you camp at Wal-Mart when for $15 you get so much more. Easier access, no noise, fast strong Wi-Fi and safety. Will be back again.

Park can't be beat for location in and around Atlanta. The pickings are very few. Campground is showing wear and tear and needs some improvements. Roads are in HORRIBLE condition. Sites are not very level. It took every last block before I could get even close to level. This is our second stay here and had 3 different sites; all where a chore to get level. Wi-Fi was just bad. It didn't work 90% of the time we were there. Seems like they would reset it, and it worked for a couple of hours. We camped directly behind one of the Wi-Fi antennas. Camp wood was way over priced and wet. You're better off getting firewood elsewhere. There was some sort of goop on our site and I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning it off.

This is one of the worst campgrounds we ever stayed at. We arrived late and did a night time check in. Took the site and checked the rules as usual. IE: quiet hours, check out, etc.. Check out in particular was noon. Got to our site and found it to be horribly un-level. Had a very hard time leveling. Very bad location of the sewer connections. Sewage will not run up hill. We could not empty our tanks. Premium price with no cable and VERY poor wifi. It was so bad we just gave up. ATV's running around the campground at 2am. Some people pulled in at 1am and then decided that was a good time to unload ALL their gear, including ATVs. Kids running around after midnight. Running through campsites, swimming/ screaming in the pond, setting off fireworks and just causing havoc. At 8am Mr. 1am starts blowing his air horns and his music horns on his ATV. We suspect to wake us as he has reserved our spot for that day. Check in wasn't till 3pm , but he decided to arrive early. 8:05am the Campground Manager is knocking on our door asking us if we're leaving. I again confirmed that check out was noon. She stated that Mr. 1am had reserved the spot and wanted to move into it. We wouldn't stay here again even if it were free. The place is a nightmare.

We pulled in and then pulled right out. What a dump. Can't believe this is a KOA. First the sign says it's .2 of mile off the highway. It's actually more then 2 miles off the highway. It's sand , mud, overgrown grass, run down campers. Wife did not feel safe staying so we left. Lots of junky campground on the Route 10 corridor.

Pros- Helpful staff. Laundry open 24 hours. Wide spots. Cons- Expensive for what you get. Cable hook up was horribly snowy. Staff knew it and could care less. Very muddy and swampy. We got a light ran and there were big puddles and mud everywhere. Wifi was up and down. Campground is not in New Orleans. It's in River Ridge. We've been at much better campgrounds for half the price.

Okay, for an overnight stay. Too many resident campers. Friendly and helpful staff. Campground under new management. Needs some work, we sank in the mud. No wifi, no cable.

We decided to stay hear because of of AAA.. Campground refuses to give AAA discount, even though they list AAA on their billboards (right next to Good Sams) and Website. You will pay for 50 amp service even if you only have or want 30amp. Cable TV and Wi-Fi only available in certain areas. Sites not very level. Pros- Pretty campground, spacious sites, centrally located to visit area. Wouldn't stay here again. Too many other campgrounds that are nice and far cheaper. Not worth the price for what is offered.

We are staying in this park to visit the Badlands. Big mistake. Sites are very tight and you have to be slide to slide to fit 2 Rvs into their alloted campsite. We were in 2 sites due to the size of of our 5th wheel. Trains run all night and shake your RV. Wifi was good, water pressure not good. Would never stay here again.

Over rated dirt lot. We stayed 3 nights, got put in the overflow lot. No sewer and only 30 amp. Not level and dog poop all over. Noisy traffic from hotel and work trucks. They have the corner on the market at being the closest to Bryce.

Friendly, helpful staff. Spacious lanes to maneuver your RV. Shaded spots, gravel level pads, gravel roads. On the expensive side, but nice park.

This is one of the best campgrounds we stayed at so far. It was neat as a pin, friendly and helpful. It had the best Wi-Fi we've found. All sites were clean. There were very few residents. Those that are residents are in the back, and their sites are all neat. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This park is a joke. The sites are VERY hard to get into unless you have something under 30 feet. We were 12 inches from the camper behind us. We could not open all our slides as you have to park your tow vehicle next to camper. Kids running and screaming all over. Playing baseball and football in the road. Balls bouncing off expensive RVs. Dogs barking feet from your camper. Dogs running loose. Power outage is the norm and even stated in their handouts. At 20 degrees it's cold if you have an all electric RV. We stayed 3 nights and power went out twice. The use of heat pumps is not allowed as it knocks out their power. By private campground standards, this is a private campground(run by Xatera) , this place is a dump. You're herded like buffalo in here. You're better off staying in West Yellowstone, it's just as central to the sights as you end up driving around the park in loops. The no hook up campgrounds are much better and run by the park service. Never again could you pay us to stay here. Plenty of people at the desk complaining.

You have a choice of type. Full 50Amp hook ups or down to primitive. All concrete pads, nearly all pull through. Some very nice back in sites that offer more shade and privacy. Spacious sites and not crowded at all. No grass, just weeds. Radio controlled airplane field can be noisy at times. We got awoken by planes on 2 mornings. Wifi did not work and campground employees didn't care. From talking to people it rarely works. Big rigs should use south entrance as there is no clearance issues. Large prairie dog town right next to south entrance, be careful a couple got squished.

We stayed here two nights as everything near Salt Lake City was full. Concrete pads and some grass on upper level. Fairly level. 50 and 30 amp , but for this price it should have had cable. You must have a Class A or Fifth wheel less then 10 years old to stay on upper portion. It's also the most expensive. The cheaper spots are in the dirt behind the office. Very close to highway and noisy. Very fast Wi-Fi. Pool and hot tub.

Nice little park. Inexpensive. Clean and neat. Nice helpful staff. RV sites were shaded and offered 30 and 50amp. They offer full hook ups including sewer on certain sites. Some gravel some paved. We had a paved site and it was nice and level. Cons- Far from the highway and roads leading to it are a bit tight.

PROS:Park has all pull through concrete pads. Good signal for Wi-Fi, but slow connection, $4.95 for 24hours. Next door to decent flea market. Close to some attractions. Good electric and cable. Cons: There are many. Large contingent of South American residents. Long term residents have shabby cluttered campsites. Not conducive to nightly walks. We paid $36 with AAA discount. This is $15 at best. It's a crime to call this a RV resort. Hardly any amenities, actually only one. A pool. We met friends for Memorial day weekend. This is good for a last chance, overnight stay if you get up early. You have no choice, but to get up early. 7am Saturday morning and the planes took off, one after another for over a hour, then every 15-20minutes. Monday morning the flights started at 6am. The whole weekend our conversations were halted due to planes either taking off or landing. We would never stay here again. It's quieter to stay at Wal-Mart.

This is a passort america park. Paid $15. Old park with too many long term residents. One guy started up his old clunker at 8am and revved the engine for a hour. There is also a torn up looking tent shelter that has someone living in it. When we walked the campground one night we witnessed a drug deal and then the seller started banging on his camper door as his "lady" wouldn't let him in. Lots of old decaying campers at this campground. Wifi was good, electric good, water and sewer good. Tight spots, but pull through. IF you're looking for just an overnight and are in a tight spot this is worth it using Passport America. At regular price there are much better choices to be had.

Stayed here for 2 days. Nice park , nice people. Electric was off. I'm pretty sure the park electric toasted my transfer switch. I bought a surge protector because of this park's electric. Easy access to flea markets. Short drive to Fair Grounds. Would stay again.
